Policy

Please Read Carefully

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If the student is unable to attend one of his or her lessons, the instructor must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.  Students who fail to give 24 hours notice, cancel upon the instructor’s arrival, or are not present during the scheduled lesson will be charged for the lesson and no make-up lesson will be given.  If cancellations are excessive or if the student refuses to abide by this policy, lessons will no longer be available.  In the case of severe weather, sudden illness, accident or other emergency, the student will not be charged for the cancellation and a make-up lesson will be scheduled.  Remember that when you schedule a lesson, that time slot is for you and no one else.
